What is an OEM cartridge?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) cartridges are made by the manufacturer of your printer (e.g. Epson, Canon, HP). They set the standard of quality that remanufacturers strive to achieve.
What are "compatible" imaging supplies?
These are used OEM cartridges which have been disassembled,
cleaned, and inspected for wear. The worn parts are replaced
with new ones, and the cartridge is reassembled. Finally, the
reassembled cartridge undergoes extensive testing to ensure
print quality.
My friend tried remanufactured cartridges and said
they sucked.
Unfortunately, many generic cartridges are built under sub-standard manufacturing conditions. The most egregious
companies don't even replace worn parts - they simply drill a hole in the cartridge and refill it with toner! Other
companies replace worn parts inconsistently or use poor
quality control methods to ensure print quality.
How do I know Toner Haus cartridges are better?
Toner Haus compatible imaging supplies are manufactured in
a state-of-the-art facility using patented engineering methods
to achieve outstanding quality. Each cartridge is inspected
using infrared technology and is subjected to three different tests during the course of its production. In addition, life testing is routinely done on all cartridge lines. The result?
Superior quality cartridges with a documented failure rate of less than 1%.

You're right. We're not the cheapest cartridge seller
on the block and we don't want to be. We sell quality,
service, and value.
Can I save my shopping cart?
If you're in the middle of a shopping session and need to temporarily leave our online store, you may do so without worry. The contents of your cart will be preserved for 1 hour and everything in your cart will be waiting for you upon your return.
What are my payment options?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept (at our discretion) purchase orders
from schools, government agencies, non-profit organizations,
and other established companies. If you want to use a purchase order, please
contact us for details.

Yes - please see our Payment Options described above.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground - thus we
cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Also, we do not presently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, nor any other destination outside the continental United States.
How much will shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. We do not presently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, nor any other destination outside the continental United States.
When will my order arrive?
Toner Haus usually processes and ships your order via UPS Ground
the same day it is placed. Travel time varies depending on the
destination and may range from 1 to 8 business days. If some items in your order require different processing times, we may
elect to ship the items separately when they are ready.
What is your Return Policy?
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days unless otherwise noted. You must
contact us and obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning anything. You will
not receive credit for items returned without an RMA number. Also, we strongly recommend that you insure all returned
merchandise. Toner Haus is not responsible for returned items
which are lost or damaged during shipping.
Do you have a warranty?
We stand behind every compatible toner cartridge with a
100% No-Risk Warranty. Our compatible cartridges will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase or until the toner is depleted, whichever occurs first.
How do I cancel an order?
Most orders are processed and shipped the same day.

Will your cartridges void my warranty?
Absolutely not! It is illegal for a company to tell you that the use of a Toner Haus product will void your warranty and/or service agreement. According to Federal Law 93-637, January 4, 1975, Section 102, Part C (Sherman & Clayton Antitrust Acts), and Title 15 US Code Chapter 50, Section 2302, it is ILLEGAL for an equipment manufacturer to void a warranty due to the usage of a compatible imaging supply.
If your sales or service representative tells you the warranty on your equipment
will become void by using one of our cartridges, please get this statement in writing, signed and dated, on their company letterhead. Then
contact us for instructions on where to send it. We'll notify you once we receive it.
What if my order is lost?
If you have not received your order within 15 business days from the
day you placed your order, please
contact our customer service center to obtain an appropriate claim form. Once the completed claim form is received, we can reship or refund your order.
Why was my order cancelled?
Occasionally an order may need to be cancelled for a variety of reasons:
- The item is out of stock and we do not anticipate replenishing the stock within 7 days.
- There were problems processing your payment information.
- We are unable to ship to the address you provided (e.g. incomplete address)
- A duplicate order was placed.
- The order was cancelled due to customer request.
- The order is suspicious and we are unable to verify it.
Most of the time we're able to contact you and resolve these issues
prior to order cancellation.
I never received an email confirming my order.
Once an order is successfully processed we send an order
confirmation to the email address provided in your order. If you
didn't receive a confirmation within 2 business days, please
contact our customer service department to resolve the issue.
What if there is a typographical error?
Occasionally, a product is listed with an incorrect price or other information due to a typographical error or error in pricing or product
information. Consequently, Toner Haus reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price -- even if the order has been confirmed and your credit card billed. If your
card was charged for a purchase which is subsequently cancelled, we will issue a credit to the card in the amount of the charge.
