The Problem
Every year, more than 300 million empty toner and inkjet cartridges are dumped in landfills in the United States and around the world. This amounts to nearly 1,000 tons of unnecessary pollution that enters our waste stream every day. Many of these cartridges end up in cities like Guiyu, China, where they are dismantled for steel and
aluminum parts which are salvaged for pennies. Cartridge plastics are then burned off or dissolved using hazardous chemicals which contaminate the air, soil, and groundwater. Sadly, one in ten children in Guiyu has birth defects due to this high-tech pollution.
The Solution
Toner Haus Compatible Imaging Supplies are environmentally friendly. Our cartridges reuse certain non-wearing plastic shells and metal components from spent OEM cartridges. All scrap metals, plastics, paper, and cardboard which are not reusable are locally recycled into everyday consumer items. With every Toner Haus cartridge you use, you prevent approximately 4 pounds of industrial grade plastics and metals from being deposited in our landfills and conserve approximately 3 1/2 quarts of oil that would be needed to manufacture a brand new cartridge.

- Reduce the number of toner cartridges you consume by using our long-life JUMBO cartridges which contain extra toner and exceed OEM page yields by as much as 100%.
- Reuse cartridges by purchasing our reliable Compatible Imaging Supplies which reuse certain non-wearing plastic shells and metal components from spent OEM cartridges. All scrap metals, plastics, paper, and cardboard which are not reusable are locally recycled into everyday consumer items.
- Recycle your spent cartridges by returning them in our convenient resealable box. Each box includes a free postage-paid mailer for your convenience.
